Do you just want to grab your skis or snowboard and hit the slopes? It’s coming sooner than you might think, and we’re done when Alberta’s best ski resorts are slated to open for the 2021/22 season.
From the majestic Rockies to the pleasant hills and close to the two largest cities in the province, start pulling out those winter jackets, mittens and socks, everyone.
We also suggest that you check the protocols of most of the hills as many participate in the restriction exemption program.

Sunshine Village, outside of Banff, has set a tentative opening date of November 11. It is also offering 250 new parking spaces this season, which is good news for everyone.
